                    The kids have everything they need to stay entertained for days on end. From game rooms and arcades to the heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a tree swing, and hammocks, they'll feel like they're in paradise.

Outside, the possibilities seem endless. The huge front porch with rocking chairs, egg chairs, and a porch swing offers multiple gathering spaces. The back deck includes outdoor dining for 8, a sectional, and a rocking chair. Multiple hammocks await you throughout the property.

All ages will love the saltwater pool, open year-round and heated for only $100/day. The pool deck includes a poolside gas fire table.

Our whole family had a fabulous vacation at timberline retreat! Everyone had their own bedroom suite, and everything was well appointed… you thought of everything! My grandkids caught fireflies, made s'mores at the fire pit, played Pac-Man, and saw the constellations in their bedroom! They will have those memories forever! This was truly an incredible place for our team to stay for our team retreat! The arcade in the basement was a blast and such a unique amenity that we all loved. The multiple King rooms with ensuite bathrooms were so helpful for our large team to comfortably spread out and have our own spaces. And we loved the large living space with the wrap-around couch and massive dining table to be able to fit our entire 13-person team! I highly recommend this place for any large group. Chris is a very responsive host and made our stay wonderful!

If you're debating whether to book this place, don't. Just do it. I hosted a retreat here with 18 guests, and every single person not only rated it 5 stars, but said the same thing: "I wish I could just live here." That's how special this home is. The hosts thought of everything—fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, firewood, cozy blankets in every room. The beds were so comfortable, we all asked for the mattress brand. Each space was spotless, peaceful, and felt like home. I started every morning sipping coffee by the fire on the screened-in porch while birds chirped in the background. It felt better than therapy. I stay in Airbnbs almost monthly, and this is easily the best one I've ever stayed in. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's not easy to make 18 people happy, but this home did that with ease. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I hope to stay in other homes from this host!
